Giftart and final versions

First we have a little piece I did for Corrin, who has been super supportive and wonderful, especially since the whole thing with Joe.

A sketch

The complete piece. I used my glass bead gel on this piece, it is the first time I have played with it, I like it, but it was hard to paint on top of.

Moving on we have two versions of the final for Illustration 1:

Version with speech-bubbles

Version with Twilight Zone in Black and white, also with Speech-bubbles

Love and coffee,

Final almost finalized...

This is very nearly the final version of my final for Barker's class. I spent a lot of time on it, I know you probably can't tell. ^_^

I intend to add speech boxes digitally and probably add some grain to the Twilight Zone portion of the piece. We'll see, I have till Wednesday to tweak it.

Love and coffee,
~Anne

Ill Final coming along!

This is the other half of the pencils for my Illustration final:
And the whole thing together:
Gotta throw some clear gesso and a first layer of color on this lady and then I can sleep! The serious painting comes tomorrow, wish me luck!

Love and coffee,
~Anne

To Joe: Your love is diamonds, mine is bread.

So, this is the sketch for my Illustration 1 Final:

To those unfamiliar with the characters here: On the right are the three main characters from "Fringe", which is held up as special because it is a sci-fi show aimed at general audiences. The piece is meant to show that that's not so original. On the left are the narrator from The Twilight Zone (the real version, not the newer one) and Agents Mulder and Scully from the X-Files. Both of which were watched by more than just Sci-fi people ^_^

Side note, I dumped Joe today. Love and coffee,
~Anne
